Planned to see Morelia major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them. Bed was comfortable, like a cloud. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Thanks for an EXCELLENT service, would recomand.

The room I had was super nice and quiet, providing me with a peaceful stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Ruby and Berenice, were great and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, thanks to Berenice's amazing job. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Awesome breakfast and secure parking close by. Great location near all the shops and restaurants, and just a street away from the main hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom that flooded every time we used the shower. The beds were too small for two people and the room could do with refurbishment.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is very close to the city centre and had a convenient parking space. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities.

The location was great! Just a few steps away from shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly, and the parking space was quite convenient. the room was big and the bathroom was spacious. the best part was the comfortable bed and pillows that helped me sleep well during my Christmas stay.
The room was not as clean as I had hoped it would be. the carpet was dusty, and the wifi connection was slow.

The hotel is located very close to the center of the city with secure parking nearby. the rooms are well equipped with a big bathroom, desk, and safe box available. Cleanliness is well-maintained with friendly staff and a good breakfast served. the room is spacious, with a fridge and despite some issues with the shower and a non-working iron, the overall experience is worth the stay.
Like some other hotels, this hotel could do with some repairs.
